Privacy Policy
In short: your data stays on your device. Deckstack has no accounts and no server, and contains no analytics, advertising or tracking.

What is stored, and where
Everything the app knows — your progress, favourites, notes, settings and unlocked content — is stored locally on your device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else.
Feedback you choose to send
If you answer “Not really” when the app asks how it is going, you can write a message to the developer. Sending it transmits only the text you typed, together with the app version so the message can be placed in time. Nothing else is attached — no name, no email, no device identifier, and nothing about your training. Writing nothing sends nothing.
The message is delivered through a form service that forwards it to us by email (Formspree). Please don’t include personal details you don’t want us to have. We use messages only to improve the app and delete them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete a message you sent at any time.
Ratings
If you choose to rate the app, the app asks your device to show the App Store’s own rating dialog. Whatever you do there is between you and Apple.
Purchases
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details. Apple tells the app which products you own, so it can unlock them.
Speech
Handsfree audio uses your device’s built-in text-to-speech. No audio or text is sent to external services.
Third-party resources
The app may load its icon font from a content delivery network (jsDelivr). Like any web request, that transfer includes your IP address; no other information is shared.
Backups and deleting your data
The Export function in Settings creates a copy of your data that only you hold; Deckstack never uploads it. Since everything is local, deleting the app (or clearing its website data) permanently deletes all your Deckstack data.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access, correct and delete personal data about you. Because we hold no data about you apart from feedback you may have sent, these rights mostly concern such messages — contact us and we will help. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
